The setting is perfect and handy, adjacent to Folkestone at short notice as well as the Leas cliffs. The rooms are tastefully decorated and well-appointed and have excellent view of the sea.

Reasonably clean accommodation, caring and amazingly attentive staff who is very much hands on working alongside the staff to ensure excellent customer service. Beautifully maintained unit with a nice decor. The location unbeatable and perfect in a quiet neighborhood. Also - right by the nearest shops / bars / restaurants, the Tunnel terminal and the train station, town and football club.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable with exceptional employees who is very much hands on working alongside the staff to ensure excellent customer service. Pleasant and magnificent location in Folkestone, just next door to Folkestone at short notice on a Wednesday night in early December, the shops, and leafy suburbs. Also, close to the seafront.

All in all everything was fantastic, had a very very good stay for a night. Enjoyed the way our nice modern and well-maintained room with tea, coffee and biscuits was arranged. The staff was caring, amazingly attentive, and responded promptly to requests.

The breakfast meal was very very good with endless supply of black coffee and a good cooked or continental option, for instance. The room was fashionable & lovely modern with extra large comfortable four poster bed. Our hotel was in an ideal location near the Eurotunnel.

Spotlessly clean hotel, enjoyed to be so close to sea front with plenty of historical features, the restaurant on both nights and Easy to find plenty of space in the car park easy walk into the local area for sea views thanks to excellent location. All of the staff members were helpful and well-mannered. It was really enjoyable stay, I didn't feel like leaving and would go back in flash.

The restaurant was elegant with full bar here, I had very pleasant dishes. The bed was comfortable & the staff was very amiable. The location in an extremely comfortable area was decent and there were the main shopping centre and all the major shops nearby.

I had reasonably priced room with a huge 4 poster bed. The location was decent as for me, right by the cliffs, leafy suburbs of Folkestone and a very well-run establishment. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Mermaid Beach.

Nothing beats being in Wards Hotel & Restaurant. The venue was very clean & good sized. Within short walking distance of Conchitas, where you can have lunch.

We would recommend, maybe to friends. We loved wards. We recommend you to eat at The Grand, that is set 600 metres away. Even the London Southend airport was not so far.
